Please read through our terms and conditions before shopping with us! We reserve the right to make any amendments to the Terms & Conditions without any prior notice.

We will send you an invoice regarding the payment details. If you do not receive it after 48 hours, please email us at theclosetmess@gmail.com regarding your order.
We curently only accept 

  • POSB/DBS Internet banking
  • ATM Bank Transfer
For instock items, cash payment is accepted if you have opted for self-collection/meetup.
After receiving your invoice, proceed to make your payment to the bank account stated in the email and reply back to us with your transaction details after payment have been made.

As most items are on a pre-order basis, PO waiting time is around 1.5-2 weeks (or earlier). Kindly order only if you are able to wait.
After item(s) arrive:
1-2 days  to pack items and mail them out/arrange meetups.

We currently only offer normal/registered postage/self-collection/meetups. 
We regret that TheClosetMess currently only ships within Singapore.
Normal postage 
Normal postage is chargeable at $1.50 per item, and $0.50/item thereafter.
Please inform us if you require a snapshot verification of mailing.
Time: 1-10 working days
No tracking number
Registered postage
Registered postage is chargeable at $2.50. Singpost courier is used.
Time: 1-5 working days to reach you.
Methods: Tracking number provided. 
Free self collection is available at Changi. Further details will be provided should you select this option.
Free self collection is available at Simei/Pasir Ris/Tampines/Bedok/Clementi/SIM at selected timings.                                    

  1. Once items have arrived and packed, customers who have opted for self-collection will be informed of the weekly schedule for meetups.
  2. Please be responsible and be there on time. Maximum waiting time is 15 minutes. A phone number will be provided so if you are going to be late, do let the person doing the meetup know beforehand.
  3. Customers will be given two weeks to collect their items via meetups. In the event they cannot make it for any days in those two weeks, they are to opt for postage and any required top up must be done

Exchange & Returns policy
All items are checked before mailing and therefore are non-refundable. In the event that an item ordered is not available, a full refund will be given. We are not responsible for damage resulting form postage.
We will not be responsible for lost mails in connection to such returns or exchange. Returns & Exchanges are based on a case-by-case basis.
All pictures are credit to the respective blogshops and their owners. Item is not exact to picture provided. Actual colours may vary from the colour on your screen due to monitor colour restrictions or lighting conditions used for stock photos. Please also be aware that as all items are for preorder, we do not have have stocks on hand and have not seen all items in real life. All photos used are obtained from suppliers unless otherwise stated. 
Please allow for 0.5-1" difference in measurement.
